Powell, Ohio, Oct. 22 2026 — Veteran Agribusiness leader Matthew Deyle has joined Meristem Crop Performance®, one of the fastest-growing crop input suppliers in America. As vice president of business development, Deyle will help lead Meristem’s growth across Nebraska, Kansas and Colorado.
“Matt has spent a stellar 25+ year career leading teams and working directly with growers to make every input dollar count,” said Mitch Eviston, Meristem founder and CEO. “He knows what it takes to produce more bushels for less and is a proven and highly respected on-farm resource.”
Deyle lives in Alma, Nebraska with wife and four children. He is a graduate of Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas, where he earned a degree in agricultural business.
Prior to joining Meristem, Deyle served as a multi-location manager and agronomist with Nutrien Ag Solutions in south-central Nebraska. He previously held positions with Cargill and Aurora Cooperative. Across more than two decades in the field, he has built deep expertise in crop nutrition, crop protection and helping growers make practical input decisions.
“Meristem’s mission, innovative product portfolio and farmer-first approach create an opportunity to help growers improve profitability while addressing ongoing input cost challenges,” Deyle said. “Through Meristem’s Bio-Capsule® technology platform, products such as Hopper Throttle® MaxStax soybeans backed by a $60-per-acre replant program and Upshift® C Pro concentrate starter replacement, which lowers costs by 50%, deliver meaningful value to farmers. Being able to bring those solutions to growers is incredibly exciting.”
